Six month Checkup / Refresh

We are so committed to helping you sell your listings that at six months we will meet with you to reevaluate if we need to refresh our marketing strategy.

We understand and follow current market trends. We expect higher-priced listings to stay on the market longer. We also understand there is increased competition as the inventory grows in the market at the lower end of our pricing matrix. If your listing is still unsold at six months, we will work with you to refresh and reinvigorate your marketing pieces at no additional design charge.

We will also work with you throughout the listing period to update marketing materials if there are price changes. We do not charge additional design fees but we will add on charges for printing and/or postage if the original quantities budgeted have been depleted.
