Price reductions or increases

We understand the initial listing price may not be the final sales price. Listing prices may be lowered during the course of marketing and a desirable home may actually sell for more than the listed price. We set our fees based on the initial listing price. At the time of a sale, we will have already completed our work and expended costs based on our agreement. Our fees will not change if the price is reduced or increased.
