Our total price for creating a marketing strategy and designing marketing materials for your listing. Based on 0.3% of the list price.

 

50% Deposit

We're offering an introductory payment terms. 50% deposit due upon hiring us to strategize, design, print, and deliver materials. Remaining 50% due at closing.

 

Consultation

We'll set up a phone or in-person meeting with you to discuss the selling points of the property. You're the expert in real estate and individual homes and we rely on your expertise to clearly define the major selling points.

 

Initial Flyer or Marketing Piece Design

While we think our flyers are the most eye catching and effective in the industry, some listings will warrant an even more unique spin. Both 300 and 608 Meriwether are great examples of how we approached the listing differently - see "Work" tab. Regardless of what this piece ends up being, it informs the entire campaign.

 

Timeline

As soon as you know you've got a potential listing, let us know and we can start thinking of ideas for positioning the listing. Because we approach every listing with a fresh perspective, our process is not overnight. We know you're in a hurry and we're committed to working fast. It all goes back to the level of design and strategy we're providing. A $2M listing will take us longer than a $300K listing.

 

Print Quantities

Flyer/marketing piece quantities are like a bank of flyers available to be printed. Minimum 25 per order allows us to be flexible with price changes.

 

Flyer Delivery

We mail flyers to you through the post office, so usually two days for local mail. If your print order is in by noon on Wednesday, we can have it to you by Friday. We are located close-in SE Portland and flyers can be picked up at our office.

 

Arrange Mail List & Homebook Contents with Title Company

In our initial meeting, make sure to tell us who your title representative is so we can contact them for your geographic mailing list. They also have the data content for homebooks. We'll dress them up.

Website Design

The list price of the home will determine how in-depth the website is. From a single page gallery to an advanced site, the website will be branded to match all other marketing pieces.

 

Custom Directional Sign

We want to keep the branding as consistent as possible. Whenever appropriate, we'll design and have printed directionals in the quantities listed. If we deem directionals are not a good fit, we'll find another item of value to put in their place.

 

Ad Design

We can design for any publication. We can't include placement because placement fees vary widely depending on publication. Give us your budget and we will coordinate with the publication we all determine is the best fit.

 

Homebook

A homebook is not only a show piece of the home, but also a lasting closing gift for your seller. Ah, memories! We work directly with your title company to request the data (which you can give to the buyer). We design the book to match all the other marketing materials. The list price determines the extent of the homebook detail.

Standard flyer printing - full color, full bleed. Quantities are dependent on the final design.

 

Full Color Just Listed Postcards

We manage getting a mailing list from the Title Company, design, print, mail, everything!

 

Full Color Just Sold Postcard

Depending on the package, we'll either send you a pdf to upload to a printing/mailing company like Express Copy or we'll manage everything. You need to share your success in the neighborhood!

 

Virtual Tour

Spin Virtual Tours specializes in 360 degree panoramic photography. The virtual tour conveys a sense of space, place, and atmosphere. Virtual tours are essential to real estate marketing and to web campaigns. You'll get both a campaign-branded tour and an unbranded tour for RMLS.

 

High Resolution Commercial Quality Photos

Spin Virtual Tours also provides the photos we use for flyers, etc. If you need a higher quantity than what is listed, check their website - they have an additional cost per photo. You also have the option of taking more photos.
