If it doesn't sell
You have paid the initial deposit and we all took the chance the home would sell. If there is no sale, you owe us no additional fees. If the home is taken off the market temporarily, when the seller is ready to relist, we hope you're rehired because you've earned their respect through your previous efforts. In that case, we do expect to be compensated upon closing...no matter when that happens.
