First and foremost, each package includes an individual Marketing Strategy specific to each property you list. We consider all the marketing options available and choose those that make the most sense based on your listing, its features and the targeted audience most likely to purchase. We also consider your company's marketing requirements. Some of the marketing items are interchangeable within the budgets listed. Your package won't cost less because we've chosen items that are more effective for a particular listing, but the good news is it won't cost more - we stay within the predetermined budget.
